The day started with the Ladies Pairs Final which saw Iris Dawson and Julia Chuhan beat Karen Lowe and Lesley Woodward. This was Iris and Julia's third consecutive win in this competition.

The afternoon saw two very close singles finals, with Alan Sanderson beating Billy Moore in the Wilf Falls Handicap competition, whilst on the adjacent rink Lesley Woodward beat Julia Chuhan in rthe Ladies Singles.

Thankfully it stayed dry so the spectators were able to enjoy all the games. Fingers crossed weather-wise for the next two days.
